In today’s post, I want to introduce you to some apps that I think are worth using, even worth the effort to pay for some of them in order to get all the features.
From an email manager to an image optimizer, to a multifunctional tool for taking screenshots… A bit of everything, but the most important thing is that they save us a lot of time with a few clicks… So let’s get down to business…

Raycast

A blazingly fast, totally extendable launcher. It lets you complete tasks, calculate, share common links, and much more.
Perfect for: If you’re tired of Spotlight search, you should try this, trust me…

Loom

Show it, say it, send it. Record quick videos of your screen and cam. An essential tool for hybrid workplaces.
Perfect for: Giving dynamic feedback to your folks.

Spark

The best personal email client.
Perfect for: If you have an account from Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, POP3, business, doesn’t matter, this app would make you love your email again.

Cleanshot X

Provides over 50 features, making it the ultimate screen capturing tool.
Perfect for: Annotations, measures, highlight things, text recognition (OCR) among others… Everybody should have this app.

PixelSnap 2

The fastest tool for measuring anything on your screen.
Perfect for: Designers who love measuring everything. Also, if you have Cleanshot X, you will have a discount because it’s the same company, MTW.

Unclutter

A new handy place on your desktop for storing notes, files and pasteboard clips.
Perfect for: Having files, notes, bookmarks, clipboard history in one place without having to switch between windows.

Yoink

Simplifies and improves drag and drop between windows, apps, spaces and fullscreen apps, by providing a temporary “shelf” for your files and app-content.
Perfect for: Not having to save all the images to later reuse them in another place, it is a drawer that leaves them stored there.

ImageOptim

Removes bloated metadata. Saves disk space & bandwidth by compressing images without losing quality.
Perfect for: Makes images load faster.

Slash

A tiny helper that keeps you organized and focused.
Perfect for: Having all your things in order, which would lead to having good productivity habits.

Extra: “Checklist Manifesto”

Yes, it’s a book, not an app, but it works with the one above this text. Thanks to Patrick T. for the recommendation.

Don’t underestimate ‘The Checklist’

I’m pretty sure there are many others that I don’t know about but could help me just as much as these, and as I always say, if you know of any interesting apps that aren’t listed here, let me know in the comments, so I can add them to the next post.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post. And I hope to see you soon.
